LET’S TALK.

Tell us a little about your organisation and what you need help with. We will reply by email to arrange a conversation. There is no obligation, and you will be talking to an engineer, not a sales script.

What happens next

  • We reply by email – a real person reads every enquiry.
  • A short conversation – we learn how your organisation works and what is getting in the way.
  • A look at your setup – we review your current IT and flag anything urgent.
  • A clear proposal – what we would take on, how onboarding would run and what it would cost.

FAQs.

Common questions about working with a managed service provider. If yours is not here, ask us through the form above.

We take ongoing responsibility for your IT under an agreement. That covers supporting your staff, monitoring and maintaining your systems, keeping them secure and advising you on what to do next, instead of only turning up when something breaks.

It depends on the number of users and devices, the services you need and how complex your environment is. Contact us with a few details and we will put together a proposal for your organisation.

We start with an assessment of your systems, accounts and risks. Then we document everything, install our management tools and fix urgent issues first. After that, day-to-day IT becomes our responsibility, and we review progress with you regularly.

We only access what we need to support you, and that access is protected by multi-factor authentication and logged. Confidentiality terms are part of every agreement.

Usually not. We begin with what you have and recommend replacements only where equipment is unsupported, insecure or holding your team back. Anything we suggest comes with the reasoning behind it.

Yes. Many clients keep an in-house IT lead and use us for helpdesk cover, monitoring, security or projects. We agree clearly who owns what.

Yes. Hosting, security and app development are all available on their own. Many clients start with one and move to a full managed agreement later.

Clients on a managed agreement get a dedicated support channel and a named contact, both set up during onboarding.
